August 2016 - Fifth District will host a Blood Drive in honor of all first responders.The Ochsner Bloodmobile will be at the Main Ofice on Thursday, August 18 from 1-5pm.  If you are able, stop by and give blood!

New Orleans Heart Walk

November - 2015  Fifth District employees participated in the 2015 New Orleans Heart Walk on November 7 to promote physical activity to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular disease and stroke. The team raised $315. Overall, the American Heart Association raised $502,000! 
 

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk

October - 2015  Fifth District employees participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 10, 2015.  The team raised over $2,700.  Overall, the organization raised $230,000 and hosted 6,500 walkers. Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our goal and raise awaremenss.

Blood Drive for Local Cardiac Patient


 

August - 2015  When Jonathan was 15 months old he needed cardiac surgery to repair his aortic valve.  At birth he was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect known as Subvalvular Aortic Stenosis. Just after his 10th Birthday, on September 23rd, he will have cardiac surgery procedure (Ross). His pulmonary valve will be moved to the aortic place and then replaced by a donated valve.

June 2015 - Preparations for hurricane season have begun in our community, and Fifth District is preparing as well.  Our goal during an emergency is to keep you connected to your deposit and loan accounts.  To accomplish this, we have many services available.
