Five years of mortgage loan processing experience in a financial institution is required. The Relationship Banker Supervisor is responsible for meeting with customers and educating them about our products and services. Works to acquire and develop long-term relationships to improve their financial situations. Oversees teller and relationship banker activities throughout the day and assists management when necessary. Two years of job-related experience, including formal teller and new accounts training is required.
