Our goal during an emergency is to keep you connected to your deposit and loan accounts. To accomplish this, the following Fifth District services are available. 

Bank Closing – Emergency
In the interests of personal safety, we expect to close a minimum of 50 hours prior to the projected landfall of a hurricane. Because of the uncertainty of each situation, you should make your financial preparations well in advance.

Debit Card
No need to rely on checks. Use your Fifth District debit card for retail purchases wherever the VISA logo is displayed, or to obtain cash at ATMs nationwide.

ATM Card
Obtain cash anytime by using your Fifth District ATM card at ATMs displaying Pulse, Plus, or Allpoint network logos.

Mobile Banking with Mobile Deposit
Download our iPhone or Android app to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, manage your debit card and receive transaction alerts, all on your smartphone or tablet. Mobile Banking requires Online Banking access.

Online Banking 
Check account balances, make account transfers, and pay bills through Fifth District’s secure internet banking service. Register on the website for this convenient service.

Wire Funds
Receive and/or send funds safely by wire transfer. Forms and instructions are available here.
